Hot work, confined space, lifting, electrical isolation, and line break jobs are checked before crew mobilizes.
HANDOVER NOTES
  • Pressure source isolated before flange work.
  • Gas test required before hot work.
  • Standby medic and fire watch on request.
  • Photo report sent after shift close.
